Shipping policy
PLEASE NOTE: All our transport carriers are already experiencing increased volumes and congestion across their networks.
During the holiday period, please allow extra time for your deliveries:
- Metro – Allow up to 3 working days for delivery.
- Regional – Allow up to 7-8 days for delivery.
Shipping Information
Orders will be packed for dispatch the following business day after you place your order.
Orders selected for delivery are dispatched from our Victorian warehouse at 601 Blackburn Road, Notting Hill, VIC, 3168.
Orders selected for pickup may be picked up within 2-4 business days from our Victorian Head Office at 601 Blackburn Road, Notting Hill, VIC, 3168. Pick up hours are 7:00AM-3:00PM Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders may not be picked up from any other St John Ambulance location in Victoria or in another state.
We use Australia Post, Sendle or their agents for deliveries throughout Australia. Goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. Deliveries in general can take between 5 to 10 working days on average, however, this can differ depending on the carrier and your location.
You will receive a confirmation email from the shipping provider with your estimated time of arrival (ETA) once your order has been dispatched. This will enable you to track your order if required.
All deliveries are marked ‘Authority to Leave – Any Safe Place on Premises’.
Shipping Pricing
We have a number of pricing tiers based on total spend outlined below:
Orders total spend $0 - $199 = $20 shipping cost
Orders total spend $200 and over = Free shipping
We reserve the right to update pricing tiers at any time without notice.
What if my order doesn’t arrive in the estimated time
Shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.
Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays.
If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mail room or reception for your parcel.
If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have left delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the meter box, carport etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel.
Please check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.
